Todd "Hammer" Semmes has worked in safety and stunt rigging, production management and assistant directing on countless productions for many years. From his extensive background in the film industry, he easily transitioned into his current career as co-owner and operator of Spydercam Systems. He is a certified EMT and has worked as a mountain guide and professional sailor. His impeccable safety background and stunt rigging experience gives spydercam the important safety knowledge and experience that allows the company to stay a step ahead of the competition.

Tim Drnec has been working in the motion picture industry for well over 20 years as a Special Effects supervisor, Stunt coordinator, and specialty rigger with his company FX West. His brings this wealth of experience and expertise to his latest project as one of the creators and owners of spydercam, the innovative suspended camera system. His intimate knowledge and experience with rigging and motion control technology has enabled the company to remain a pioneering leader in the field.
Scott Paider
Scott Paider has rigged for many years in various industries and capacities, and brings this extensive experience and knowledge to spydercam rigging. His years of arborist experience allow him to utilize trees and other natural features for the rigs in a safe and environmentally friendly manner. He applies his vast rigging background to guarantee that all spydercam rigs are stout and secure.
Ben Britten Smith - "Panda"
Ben Smith's many years of experience in the film and theatrical industries combined with his formal education in computer engineering and his applied experience in software provided a perfect synthesis for the design and creation of Moto, the software that allows spydercam to ride on the cutting edge of computer controlled motion technology.
Rich Volp
After receiving a bachelors degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Colorado, Rich worked in the tech industry for six years before joining spydercam. His detailed knowledge of electronics has resulted in the generation of innovative hardware that allows the Moto software to interact with the physical world.
